Should the project have a specific date that it needs to be completed by, it will be prioritized against those without deadlines. For rush-orders, a rush-order fee will be added.

E has the right to decline any commissions that cannot be completed within a requested time frame.

All products, both commission and non-commission, will take up to 3-6 business days to ship out and up to7-10 business days to arrive at your door.

All non-commission purchases should be treated as preorders as we are a new growing Art E-commerce store. They are made on-demand.

Commission shipping and handling varies and will be outlined in Commission Contract.

Meet & Pickup is offered to Atlanta zip codes only. All products are still made to order. Please wait 3-6 business days. A link will be sent to you via email to select a date, time, and location for Meet & Pickup. This does eliminate shipping cost from your order.

All non-commission related purchases returned within 14 days of receiving product are eligible for a refund.

Any payment made on Commissions are not refundable. This includes the 25% security deposits, 25% after sketch is confirmed, and 25% once E has started working on the commission and dedicated time and resources, and the remaining 25% due upon completion. Upon commission request, a contract will be set to you outlining this in full detail.

Should you wish to return a commission or an Original artwork, you are responsible for shipping and handling. Original returns within 14 days of products delivery, are eligible for a 25% refund. After that, the Original Artwork may be returned, but will be non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping and handling. If artwork is returned to E studios damaged, they will automatically be deemed as nonrefundable. An email will be sent to you to confirm return of original artwork.

Should a product arrive damaged, please send an email to elisa@etheartist.org with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of product’s delivery.
